Each cashier has their own custom menu, depending on which functions he or she needs to access. Cashier menus are setup under Back Office; maintenance; security.

The cashier has 4 options for paying tickets; pay a single ticket by number, pay a single ticket by customer, pay multiple tickets by number, or pay multiple tickets by customer.

The cashier has additional options for making changes or fixing mistakes; void ATM Card, Void a check, Verify or Reswipe ATM Card, Reprint a Cashier Receipt or Reprint Paid Ticket.

If you are operating with a number of cashiers and different drawers, you may have options to Change Drawers, Add or remove cash or Close out a drawer. The options on the cashier menu are user defined. Depending on your company policy you may give the cashier options to check the status of a ticket, perform customer maintenace, or to print reports from this screen.
