Inventory Module Menu
The Inventory module is selected from the main menu. The inventory menu presents the various options available to all users of this module.

Inventory Processing
Processed inventory is created and updated in the Inventory Processing optione selected from the inventory menu.. For an overview, watch the inventory demo viewlet.

New Pack
Pressing new pack will display the main inventory processing screen based on the inventory menu assigned in local computer options. Select the inventory item from the user defined menu buttons. The unit pack defaults to the pack type in inventory setup but can be overridden. Weights are read directly from the scale, or may be entered manually. The bar coded tag # is assigned automatically or a pre-printed bar code can be scanned in. Pressing Close Pack will print the bar coded inventory label.

Inventory Pack Status
Pressing Inventory Pack Staus will display a summary of all packed materials that are available for shipping.

Inventory Pack Status Details
The Inventory Pack Status Details option allows the operator to view detail lists of inventory packs with various status and date filters.

Packing Lists
The packing lists option allows the operator to create, edit and print packing lists. The user must select the delivery customer and contract first.
